Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes. Walk-ins and appointments are welcome. Calling ahead is recommended for complex matters or prior-year work.

What documents should I bring?

Bring photo identification, all tax documents for the filing year and a copy of your prior-year return if our office did not prepare it.

Do you prepare business returns?

Yes. We prepare returns for corporations, partnerships, LLCs and self-employed clients and offer year-round accounting and planning support.

Can you prepare prior-year or amended returns?

Yes. Call the office to discuss missing prior-year filings or a return that may need correction.

Do you help with audits?

Free income-tax audit representation is available for returns prepared by our office. Paid representation may be available for returns prepared elsewhere.

Can you prepare taxes remotely?

Yes. We serve clients by phone outside Orlando and outside the United States, including U.S. citizens living abroad.

Can fees be paid from a refund?

Eligible clients may choose a refund-transfer option that deducts authorized preparation-related fees from the refund. Fees, terms and eligibility requirements apply.

How can I check my refund?

Use the official IRS Where’s My Refund tool or call our office. Never share Social Security numbers or banking details through website chat.
